Cancellation conditions
BOOK WITHOUT WORRIES - We want to give you a safe feeling in this uncertain time of COVID 19 and offer you the possibility to change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. This also applies to existing bookings.
In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% will be charged.
No deposit!
This regulation is valid for stays until 30.04.2022
From 01.05.2022 to 20.12.2022
Up to 7 days before arrival you can cancel or rebook free of charge.
In case of cancellation 6 - 1 day before arrival 50% will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 90 % will be charged.
A deposit of 25% of the booking amount must be paid 7 days before arrival.
For a safe winter vacation, the following measures will be valid:
- Check-in at the hotel is possible only for vaccinated and/or recovered persons
- Tests of any kind (antigen, PCR and antibody tests) are no longer allowed as an admission authorization.(Change in this regard expected as of Feb 19).
- Children and adolescents: Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the G-proof requirement and therefore do not have to show a test result. For children and adolescents between 12 and 15 years of age (compulsory school age) the following applies: The Ninja Pass of the schools is equated to the 2-G-proof and is therefore also valid as an admission proof for restaurants, cinemas or cable cars. After completion of the ninth school year, young people must also have a 2-G certificate.
- A 2 G certificate is required for the mountain railroads . In addition, FFP2 masks are mandatory in the lifts and cable cars.
Vaccinated:
- Immunization by two partial vaccinations:
After receiving the second vaccination, the period of validity of the vaccination certificate is 180
days and at least 14 days must have elapsed between the two vaccinations.
